General Signs & Symptoms

 EM (bull's eye) rash at bite site (less than 50%) of time, other type of rashes, flu-like illnesses.

Musculoskeletal Symptoms

Joint/muscle pain, pain in feet, swelling toes, ankle pain, burning in feet, shin splints
Stiffness in joints, neck or back.  Neck creaks or cracks, TMJ

Neurological

Twitching of face, eyelids or other muscles, headaches, tingling, numbness, burning or stabbing sensations, facial paralysis (Bell's palsy), dizziness, poor balance, confusion (brain fog), light-headedness, difficulty walking, tremor, confusion, difficulty in thinking or with concentration or reading, forgetfulness, poor short term memory, disorientation (getting lost, going to the wrong places), difficulty with speech, double or blurry  vision, eye pain, blindness, increased sensitivity to light or sound, buzzing or ringing in ears, ear pain, deafness, seizure activity, white matter lesions on brain, low blood pressure.

Neuropsychiatric

mood swings, violent outbursts, irritability, depression, disturbed sleep (too much, too little, early awakening), pesonality changes, obsessive compulsive disorder, paranoia, panic anxiety attack, hallucinations.

Reproductive

testicular pain/pelvic pain, menstrual irregularity, milk production (lactation), sexual dysfunction, loss of libido.

Cardiac Pulmonary

chest pain or rib sorenesss, shortness of breath, heart palpitations, pulse skips, heart block, heart murmur or valve prolapse.

Other

fever, sweats or chills, weight change (loss or gain), fatigue, tiredness, hair loss, swollen glands, sore throat, difficulty swallowing, swelling around eyes.
